Accounts and Support

Everything that is not gameplay but will cost you if you get it wrong. Read the refund section before you ever request a refund — it is the one item here that can end an account.

The short version¶

Bind your account to Google or Facebook. Do it now.
Never refund a purchase through the store. It locks your account and can get it banned.
Gift codes drop every Thursday and last 7 days. iOS must redeem on the website.
Chips are cheaper on the official website than buying packs in game, and they never expire.
2 characters per world on one account.
For anything account-specific, use in-game Customer Service, not Discord.

Platforms and account safety¶

Google Play and the Apple App Store. There is no dedicated Windows client, so Windows players generally use an Android emulator.

Apple lists the iPhone/iPad app as compatible with Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 12 or later and with Apple Vision, though Apple marks it "Designed for iPad — not verified for macOS", so treat the Mac route as unsupported rather than native. Google Play additionally lists Chromebook support (BEST GUESS 036).

Bind your account to Google or Facebook. This is the only thing protecting your progress. If you lose access, recovery means contacting the community manager on Discord or emailing support, and it is not guaranteed.

Unbinding a Google account from a character has been reported as not possible. Treat the first binding as permanent and choose deliberately.

Characters¶

Maximum 2 characters per world on one account. With multiple devices you can run more by binding different Facebook or Google accounts.

To create one: avatar (top-left) → Account → Switch Character → the green plus → select the world → confirm. You load into the tutorial; existing characters are untouched.

Character Deletion exists under Settings (added May 28, 2026).

Farm accounts are permitted and commonly used. Focus their build entirely on resource buildings.

The refund policy — the most dangerous thing in this document¶

If you refund a purchase through Google Play, the system detects it and locks your account.

The refunded amount becomes negative chips — for example, -1000. You then have a limited time to buy enough chips to return your balance to 0. Buying them unlocks the account. If you do not, the account is frozen and banned.

In other words, a store-side refund does not undo a purchase; it converts it into a debt with a deadline. If you have a genuine problem with a purchase, raise it with in-game Customer Service first rather than going through the store.

Selling accounts is against the User Agreement and Terms of Service.

Gift codes¶

Posted every Thursday, valid for 7 days. The first weekly code was May 21, 2026, and the cadence has held since.

Android / in game: avatar (top-left) → Settings → Gift Codes → enter → confirm → collect from your in-game mailbox.

iOS cannot redeem in game. Use the official redemption website and have your game ID ready. The stated reason is that iOS review requirements prevent adding the feature to the app. This is not a bug and will not be fixed.

If a fresh code is rejected, wait and retry. New codes occasionally fail for a short period after posting before starting to work. Do not raise a ticket immediately.

Chips and the official store¶

Chips are the website currency and they buy any in-game pack.

Three things worth knowing:

Chips are cheaper on the official website than buying packs directly in game.
Chips do not expire.
Chips bought on the store are mailed to whichever character you were logged in as on the store — so log in as the right character before purchasing, or they land on the wrong account.

There are also recurring web store events: daily Sign-In Rewards (a website-limited Title, Advanced Recruit Tickets and more), and a Cumulative Purchase Event paying an exclusive permanent Profile Frame, Title and Chat Box, an Orange Gear Pick and Energy Cores at spend thresholds.

Payment pricing is set per currency, and non-USD currencies tend to work out slightly more expensive.

Servers¶

New servers open when the newest one fills, not on a schedule — in practice roughly weekly through mid-2026, reaching World 27 by early September 2026.

Openings are not announced on social media. Check in game: avatar → Account → Switch Character.

You can view another server's map by entering its number in Coordinate Search.

Server merges began roughly 4 to 6 months after release and have run about 2 to 3 months apart since (BEST GUESS 034).

The game is fully launched with no wipes planned.

Customer support¶

Use in-game Customer Service for anything account-specific — stuck march queues, missing rewards, lost items, promotion disputes. Discord is not a support channel.

Published hours conflict (BEST GUESS 032): the official support channel says Monday to Friday, 1:30–10:00 UTC; the player FAQ says every day, 1:30–10:30. Outside those hours, the in-game Customer Service Center still accepts tickets.

There is no moderation team. There is a single community manager, and the developer has said it has no plans to recruit player moderators. Do not expect fast Discord-side intervention.

To report a player: use the in-game report system on their profile, contact in-game Customer Service, or message a GM.

VIP¶

Reaching a VIP level is not the same as having it active. Tap the VIP button in the top-right, then Activate at the bottom of the VIP interface, using items or a monthly card. The indicator must light up.

VIP 5 is required to create group chats.

No official VIP points table has been published. Only isolated data points exist.

Assorted answers¶

Bookmarks: on the map interface, use the button at the lower left, then the yellow star to the right of the coordinates. R4/R5 can delete alliance marks; alliance and personal marks have separate tabs.
Change profile picture: tap the tile with your current picture in the top-left, then the two arrows next to the picture at the top centre.
Resource chests must be used to grant their resources. A chest labelled 100k that seems to give 10k has usually not been opened.
Base durability repairs automatically.
Troop promotion requires nothing to unlock.
There is no formation or march preset save feature (as of July 2026). A long-standing community request.
There is no profile gear system.
The four Alliance Positions carry no attribute benefit. The only ranking benefits in the game are the Sovereign's officials — see Goldhaven and Territory Expansion. R4 Official Titles do carry bonuses: War God (+3% troop attack and defence), Recruiter (+5% troop HP), Goddess (+5% gathering speed), Butler (+1% building speedup and research speed).

Alliance inactivity rules¶

Members are automatically removed if they have not logged in for 24 hours and their Basecamp is below level 8. An Auto Kick toggle for inactive members was added September 3, 2026.

R5 replacement: if the leader stops logging in, the system promotes the highest-combat-power member currently online. The trigger has been stated as both 3 consecutive days (December 2025) and 36 hours (March 2026). The later figure is 36 hours; which is live is unconfirmed. See BEST GUESS 031.

Common mistakes¶

Not binding the account. One lost phone and it is gone.

Requesting a store refund. Locks the account, creates a debt, and can end in a ban.

Buying chips while logged in as the wrong character. They go to that character.

Buying packs in game instead of chips on the website. The website is cheaper.

Raising Discord tickets for account problems. Use in-game Customer Service.

Assuming you have VIP because you reached the level. You have to activate it.
